So here we are with new hov lanes useless for  work since we cannot enter it and pay for it. For 2+ only . Tired of driving thru Shenandoah to get on freeway. 20years I have been here and traffic getting worse. Look at what us eurotrash as you call us do about it and learn. You have no concepts of what mobility is all about.
