Came here to find out the source of grinding in the rear of my car. They correctly diagnosed the issue and got me a quote with a reasonable price within a short time. After getting my car back I no longer hear the grinding noise. The owner, Rick, is a very honest guy and will make sure you get as much information about your car as possible so you can make your own decisions on what you want to do. He is very thorough on explaining what each issue is and how it can affect you vehicle. I will be taking my vehicles here for all my repairs and recommending all my friends to do the same.

I came in to get my brakes serviced and throughout the whole process I was treated with respect and things were explained to me in a respectful and non-demeaning way. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of and I am extremely impressed by that because as a young woman I often feel that other mechanics try to take advantage of me. The service was incredible and the price was very reasonable. I’m so happy with my experience. Plus I got to hold the puppy, Hubcap, and that just made the experience even better.

Brought my car in for a brake job and not only did they do a great job but they were honest about not needing to do extra work that I thought was needed. The most impressive part was that they were done exactly when they told me they would be, I walked in to pick up my car and there it was ready to go. Never taking my car anywhere else.

Absolutely a great place to go!  If you want your car worked on by trustworthy, honest and knowledgable experts, then you need to go to The Wrench Connection!  One of the great things about going here is the personal experience too.  Customer service is outstanding and being able to build a rapport with Ricky is huge in today's world especially.

I highly recommend The Wrench Connection.

Ricky and his staff were absolutely amazing. When you come from a small town and move to a place like Orlando, you just never know who you can trust with your vehicle. He helped me at the drop of a hat without any hesitations. They’ve got my business from here on out! Thank you sooo much again!
