I feel like I have found a home at The Yoga Loft. I took several classes and found the practive to be perfect for me. I felt great when I was done. Refreshed and clear of mind. I have taken yoga and pilates at other studios and this was by far the best. I immediately signed up for more classes. The price is resonable and the teachers are experienced.  PROS: great teachers, beautiful studio space, very reasonable, you will want to take more classes
