This group could not help me with my case, BUT at the end of the day, Atty Jason Barrat spent some significant and valuable time enlightening me about my situation and offered to refer my case to someone else with that may be able to. Sometimes, when you try to do things yourself, to save money.... you can lose everything in the process. Lesson learned. Thank you, Jason. Thank you.

Mr. Barrat got me all the overtime I was owed plus DOUBLE.  It was a quick and painless process and I highly recommend him if you ever have any wage disputes with your employer.

I found Michael during a difficult severance negotiation with my former employer.  My previous employer was a fortune 500 ($10B + annual revenue) that had an army of attorneys.  Michael was professional, timely, and honest in laying out my options with the appropriate level of risk so I could make my decision on the path forward armed with as much guidance as possible.  In the end, the negotiation went strikingly similar to what Michael expected.  If you're in need of a great, honest, and transparent labor attorney then Michael Zoldan and "The Zoldan Law Group" is your best bet!  The end result is I paid Michael a fee and he negotiated a settlement increase that far exceeded his well priced and well delivered legal services.

I had the honor and privilege of working with Jessica Miller.  I was quite fearful when I first appeared at the Zoldan Law Group, not knowing what to expect or how to go about explaining my needs.  Jessica was extremely kind, professional, very knowledgeable and thorough, asking questions I would never have thought of.  During my hearing Jessica was my rock.  She kept me calm, focused and professional.  I will be referring any of my friends, family or co-workers needing an employment law attorney to this firm and to Jessica Miller in particular.  I am so grateful and truly appreciate all that she has done for me.

Received a great settlement that Michael negotiated the crap out of.  Honestly I thought I was going to get about 1/5 of what I received.  The man is all business and is a tough negotiator.  Thankful I found him and will use him for every issue I have in the future.
