The place is nice, food is good, service is superb, we were smoking and one of the waitresses at the second bar was upset because of that, she turns on a fan with a 60 degrees temperature pointing to our direction because of the smoke, then the bartender come to us asking to move because she was feeling uncomfortable due to the smoke, I think she is at the wrong job, it is a place we’re drinking and smoking it’s allowed, the manager didn’t come to us to resolve this, I’m very disappointed, there is so many places to stay comfortably in peace without thinking how the employees feels about tobacco and alcohol consumption. I did have guests that came from other state and some friends, they were so upset, if you wants to smoke here, expecting discomfort from the staff!!
Security in the table reservations is angry and rude. Proceeded to touch me for no reason. When I replied to please don’t touch me his answer was “you don’t live like that let’s go fight” such a joke. Taking it a step further to disrespect woman perhaps older than him. Security is here not to protect but ready to pick fights for no reason. I myself enjoy coming here and we coming with friends from Canada as the vibe is good. Too bad we never made it inside. Speaking to GM didn’t help either. All because of a power trip of a security. Please teach the staff the definition of “hospitality”
$12 per person male and female on a weekend night. Several nice places in wynwood with similar music will be free for at least girls if not both genders nearby. I've been there on a weekday and can't imaging spending money to get in because it's a weekend for pricey drinks once inside too.
Check the bill before you pay!! they charge you 20% service fee as Tax, I don't have a problem paying for a service fee but it's illegal to charge it as Tax. You can't even walk away from your table to dance or use the restroom because the clean the table right away, all the food and drinks of 4 people went to the trash. I'm not wasting my money in this place ever again.
Like other comments have said, check your bill before paying. They add a 20% charge to your drinks and then hand you the card machine with a 20% tip option…the bartender said nothing about the 20% already included so if we didn’t ask we would have paid 40% on our drinks. Such a cool place but management that misleads / scams customers ruin places like this.
For them to charge 22% of service charge and an average of $18 for poor quality food served on a paper plate, with a size of an appetizer or less, is a ROBBERY, in addition to demanding an extra tip!!! On top of that we waited 1 hour for the food. Don't go to Tequila and Tacos.Food: 1/5
We were at the VIP area and at the middle of the night the manager came and ask us to move, because where we were citing it was the owner spot. Very disappointed that we had to move. When I talked to the manager, she offer a free bottle of vodka for the inconvenience; but the bottle never arrived. After an hour waiting we paid and left. Horrible customer service.
I usually love the deck but the DJ tonight was the worst EVER! One single loop and just playing a popular song in the background. Just having a mixing toy does not make you a dj. Terrible!
The wine bar and staff is AWESOME!! Fabricio and Danielle were GREAT hosts and the wine was worth loosing track of time haha guys don’t sleep this place deserves a try!
Everyone go to Steve. The best bartender and he makes the best drinks! Gave great recommendations on shots and drinks. 10/10.
