A friend recommended Mr. Theodocion to me and I have been ever so grateful since! Pete was very informative throughout my whole process. He was easy to reach and always punctual. He is also very professional but caring as well. I knew exactly what to expect through Pete and I'm pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend!

I hired Pete back in 2009. He held my case off for a year until I paid him his money. He talked me into to taking a blind plea deal after convincing me that I would not get any serious time given the circumstances of the case and my military background. Before we went in he asked if I would be fine with boot camp or a year in the county jail. I said yes. Once we went in to take the plea, Pete completely threw me under the bus. I walked out of that courtroom with a total of 45yrs. 15yrs to be served in prison. For an aggravated assault that took place after I got jumped by the guys. One of which couldn't come to court because they managed to go to prison in the year between the case and me taking the blind plea. I've seen guys shoot entitle blocks up and not get that much time. I've seen guys get less time for shooting a person multiple times. I took one shot and was given 45yrs. After the deal, Pete said we would go back for a reduction in a few months. I never heard from him again until he was called to testify in my habeas corpus hearing. He did file the petition for a reduction a day before the deadline. After that, I never heard anything else. Pete sold my family and I a dream. He works for the D.A. Not his clients. He is a crook.

ATTY. Theodocion took my atty fee and was gonna really help me on my charges. I paid him 10 thousand dollars cash and from that time on he was very rude and did not care about my case. Went from i could bank on probation to doing federal prison sentence. Said would only have to pay what we pled to in restitution but ended up paying over 13 thousand dollars that i never knew until i went to be sentenced. This man is a liar and has no concern for his clients only what he can be paid. People you better not trust him as he is a snake so i am warning you. Wont contact or accept calls after he is paid. He works with the prosecutors instead of against them. If you want to go to prison then he is the man for your case
