National Park is a Hidden Gem in the United States. Don't miss this beautiful magnificent Park if you're in North Dakota. The painted Canyon Visitor Center has the most beautiful views. We were lucky enough to see you Buffalo roaming the area while we were there.

A must to see if traveling through! Amazing landscape. We saw in one day more wild life than our 4 days at Yellowstone.

Awesome. The bad lands landscape with plenty of wild life. We go in October And November so the crowds are very sparce and the critters come out of wilderness area. Check out the petrified Forest in the hills. You will need a good all wheel car, a CR-V works.

Inexpensive pack to camp in the North park sadly cell service  is limited.  There are lots of critters to see, Maps given out the plan your scenic drive around the park.  Lots of pull outs to be safe and enjoy the views.

This park is stunning and offers a national park experience without the crowds. Every time I am there I see numerous deer and bison and the prairie dog towns are fun to see as well. Make sure that you get out of your car and take a hike to get a true taste of the beauty this park has to offer. Wind Canyon is one of my favorite areas, followed by the petrified forest.
