Lauren has a kind, welcoming disposition.  She is highly experienced and talented. Each massage is tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual.  She is very knowledgable about the science involved and applies her expert knowledge in healing ways.  She is the antithesis of an overpriced "spa massage" which are usually very surface oriented.  I highly recommend Lauren.  She is one of the most talent massage therapists with whom I have worked.  You will feel good about giving her your money once your session is over!

I have been receiving deep tissue massages twice a month from Lauren Piro for over a year and have had a very positive experience. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to relieve tension in muscles that are sore from workouts. She was recommended by a personal trainer. During the winter I found the additional use of hot stones very beneficial. At the end of my session I feel very relaxed no matter how many aches I began with.

Lauren is not your average massage therapist. She brings an in-depth knowledge of the body and soul to the table, and the therapeutic skills and techniques to make a real difference. She's also a great listener and a joy to spend an hour of my time with each week. The studio space itself is cozy but charming, and offers the perfect atmosphere for some calm, relaxing self time. Highly recommended.

This place is great! Lauren has really helped me with my neck and back pain only after a few sessions. It is not your run-of-the-mill chain store massage place, this is legitimate massage therapy from a professional. Lauren has a deep knowledge of anatomy and knows her craft well. Highly recommended for those who are looking for massage therapy.

I have been seeing Lauren regularly for about 18 months after being referred by my Physical Therapist and I couldn't be more pleased. Lauren is hands-down the most skilled massage therapist that I've had the opportunity to work with. She truly understands the body and takes cues based on how you and your body are feeling in that very moment. Whether you're suffering from an injury or just want to relax, don't think twice: go!
