I have always been a strong proponent of the value of physical therapy as an integral component in my own treatment regimen for orthopedic related issues. Prior to my recent experience with Kristen Zeanah and the whole staff at Therapy South Trussville I did have the opportunity to experience other physical therapy facilities. Going forward, I would highly recommend the services rendered by Kristen and his staff as I just did for my wife. Kristen provides a very professional approach to the issue(s) you are dealing with. As he goes through his evaluation process, he asks good probing questions and listens intently before devising a therapy plan. On subsequent visits, he maintains this process to insure that the therapy is effectively on track. For example, prior to my most recent need for physical therapy, I was unfamiliar with the “Dry Needling” treatment. Kristen walked me through the process to insure that I completely understood what was involved. In general, I have observed that Kristen and his staff provide a very professional and attentive service approach to each patient in their care. Many “THANKS” to Kristen and his staff for improving my quality of life!

Kristen and the staff at Therapy South were both thorough and professional in their approach to helping me correct my back problem.  They were able to create a relaxed atmosphere, but at the same time took care of the business at hand.  Thanks Therapy South!!

After seeing both a chiropractor and orthopedic doctor for hip and back issues as well as having an MRI done, I was told that a spinal block was what I needed to help me. I decided I wanted to try physical therapy first to see if there were exercises, etc. I could do to help me long term rather than possibly just be putting a bandaid  on the issues. I called Kristen Zeanah at Therapysouth in Trussville. He was very attentive, thorough, and professional. He did research and also corresponded with other therapists to find the best plan of treatment of me. After three months with him, I am well on my way to being back to good physical health! I am so grateful for his care of me and the staff there are all wonderful. I highly recommend them for your therapy needs!!

If you want a place that treats you like family and cares about getting you back to full health as quickly as possible this is your place. The entire staff at TherapySouth Trussville was fantastic each time I was there. I had some lower back pain that was excruciating a few weeks back and now the pain is completely gone thanks to Kristen and his team! They work with your schedule and are truly focused on getting you back to normal as quickly as possible and they like to have fun in the process! Thanks again TS Trussville team!

God did a good thing by putting therapysouth in my path. They have me walking further than I used to. I love the staff, they are so friendly and helpful.
