I really do appreciate how valuable of an asset this place is to our community, but a recent customer-service-gone-bad experience is prompting this low review.

It helps to know that Theresa Lee sees only 16 patients a day, on a first-come-first-served basis and split between a morning and an afternoon shift. On this particular experience I was the first to show up, but THE LAST TO GET SEEN. That's right--I showed up at 7:30, sat and watched as 7 other patients CAME IN AND LEFT, before I finally saw a clinician.

I understand that they are just doing their job with limited resources and constant demands--but when patients start be affected by the staff's deficiencies, is an indication that there's something amiss. Totally unacceptable.

The staff were empathetic, nonjudgmental and very thorough.
Thank you so much for your excellent service! 

Keep in mind you need to come in at 8am or after lunch time hours to be seen.

Dr. Lee is a (excuses the language ) badass! She really listens and care! Which so hard to find here in Tucson and I have HMO plan! I had to leave because I miss my appointments. And same day appointment fits me better then a fix date. Keep doing a great job everyone there.

Called in because i had some questions and the receptionist was justbplain rude and didnt answer any of my questions , horrible customer service.
