RUDE .. RUDE ... RUDE!  Worse customer service I have ever been exposed to.  This merchant has no respect for his customers at all.  Bought some items, returned the next day for several reasons. He told me to "NEVER shop in his store again with a credit card" and "I could KISS his YOU KNOW WHAT".    Returned my merchandise and he credited my account,  but to my surprise, he must have cancelled the credit on my card when I walked out.  I had to have my credit card company get my money back.  These people take disrespectful, difficult and rude to a whole new level.  Would advise others to think twice prior to purchasing anything from this merchant.  I would not even give these guys one star, but had to.

Beware of purchasing merchandise from this retailer.  Two weeks after purchasing an umbrella for over $900.00 the store ran an ad for 25% off all umbrellas.  The store owner would not give any adjustment to us for the difference in price nor even offer a merchandise credit to be used for something else.  The owner was extremely rude and pointed to a chair in their showroom and said I could have a seat if I wish and could argue for the next two hours but it won't make any difference in their decision.  Is this how a store owner should talk to a customer?  Is this how you would want to be treated after spending $900.00 for a patio umbrella?  This was our first time purchasing from this store and it will be our last time.  We have never been this poorly treated!

I live in the neighborhood and frequent this store. They are aways very friendly and helpful. I spoke to the owner about my plans to do mission work in Haiti and he loaded me up with tools to take along and leave in Haiti for future mission work - no charge This is why I keep going back as I rarely get this kind of treatment from the big box stores.

Do not go here, worst customer service ever. They are always grouchy here but they are really close to my home so I just go there. here's why I'm not coming back. I walk in and say I need 2 things; a new battery for my key fob and a quote on rescreening some damaged screens. They say what kind of battery do you need? I said I don't know, I figured we could open it up and look. He didn't answer so I said okay I guess I'll have to open it up on my own and bring the battery back right? No answer. So I went back and asked the guy about giving me an approximate quote on new screens. I had measurements and photographs so he could see what they looked like. He looked completely disgusted and it seemed like how dare I bother him while he was working. He begrudgingly gave me a cost. Then I asked him about the battery and he said the guy upfront could help me with that and I said I already talked to him and he didn't seem willing to. So he gouged it up while trying to open it, cussing and sighing the entire time, finally opened it up saw kind of battery was, gave me a new one and I put it in I put it back together. Then when I paid for it, They charged me for the battery and then charged me $2 to help me open the key fob up. Two dollars? Really? I don't know how a place like this stays in business I will never go back, that was the last straw. I don't care how close to my house it is.

Bought an entire outdoor patio set from them.  Staff was super-friendly and helpful.  They consulted with me and my wife when we needed assistance but allowed us time to decide after back-and-forth decisionmaking.  A great experience and 40% off!  I would definitely shop there again.  Great furniture sets.
