Doctor Thippeswampy is always very considerate and listen to any concerns. Staff is excellent, they will always try to book with your schedule. Very comfortable environment  and clean!

I can't speak for the doctor himself yet - I've only seen him twice.  He seems knowledgeable, but is pretty hard to understand.  His staff, on the other hand - completely rude and nasty.  I had an unexpected situation come up right before my appointment, I called to ask if I could re-schedule (a few minutes before my appt)...and the woman on the phone said, "Really? You are calling to cancel your appointment that is in THREE minutes???  In the future, can you give us more notice than THREE minutes?"  I went to my appt, the doctor said to call with some numbers in a week...I just called, and the woman on the phone told me she can't stay on the phone with me all day taking numbers - can I fax it or drop it off?  It seriously took all of a minute and a half to give her the readings for 1 week.  It took MORE time to keep putting me on hold and complaining about how much time out of her day it was going to take up...give me a break.
