This was my first purchase at Thom Duma Fine Jewelers. Being a typical guy, I have to say that jewelry stores are not my favorite place to go shopping, however, the staff was very welcoming. I have been in other jewelry stores that have used such high pressure sales tactics that I felt like I was at a used car lot, that was NOT the case at Thom Duma’s. I felt no pressure to make a purchase, and was able to freely walk out of the store. I worked with Rachel who was a real sweetheart. She was able to help me pick out an anniversary present for my wife, and even better, she was able to work with me to get my wife into the store to get sized without my wife even realizing what was going on. All in all, it was a very pleasant shopping experience, and I’m sure that I will be back for future purchases!

The staff were very patient and informative. They took their time with me, answered all of my questions and really tried to provide exceptional service. They were successful!

My parents have been coming here for years and my brother just bought his engagement ring from here. So when it was time to buy an engagement ring as well there really was nowhere else I would go. Thom Duma is amazing. They are so invested in your purchase decision. They do not try to oversell you on anything. They are completely upfront and honest. They give you all of the information you could ever need and you leave knowing that you made a very informed decision. Both Gina and Jeff helped my soon-to-be fiance and I pick the perfect ring and they were awesome. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience very fun. I am looking forward to doing all of my future jewelry shopping needs at Thom Duma.

These women really cared about the quality of our purchase and helped us every step of the way going above and beyond our expectations. We can not thank you enough. I am new to Warren and needed jewelry repairs and/or resizing on four rings. While searching online for a jeweler, I came across several rave reviews (all gave 5 stars) for Thom Duma Fine Jewelers. I stopped in today and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. The staff was very friendly and the store is beautiful. Their prices are more than fair for the repairs and I was glad to hear they have a jeweler on staff. Do yourself a favor and stop by for repairs or new jewelry...they have a gorgeous selection!
