I’ve had my area rugs done by Thomas Carpet cleaners for several years now. My carpets came up beautifully and I was very pleased.  They really took care of my home during the process which is important to me. Great people to work with.

The service tech did a fantastic job My hard wood floors haven't been this shiny since moved in.  The carpet area and the chair are clean without any stain remaining.  The grout in the bathroom floor is clean and sealed.  Great work.

My second time using Thomas Carpet Cleaners and it was a fantastic experience again. Katie was friendly and efficient setting up date and time and Khalil did a terrific job cleaning; my retriever loved him! The process only took an hour and pricing was very reasonable for a two story townhome.

This team came out today to clean my wall to wall carpeting. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job. Couldn’t be more pleased.  One thing we did add, once they arrived, was Scotch Guard protection. This significantly increased the cost. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that they would recommend this based on the last time I had a cleaning, but there weren’t any high pressure sales tactics. Just something to keep in mind when they give you a quote over the phone.

We used Thomas Carpet Cleaning for the rugs in our family room and bedrooms.  They did a great job, especially with removing pet stains from the family room carpet.  Very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Khalil did a great job on our carpets throughout the house. The carpets look clean again after having them installed a few years ago. Katie was so very helpful and kind in setting up a date and time. The prices were very reasonable and would recommend this Only thing, wasn't home to ask him how dirty the carpets were. Could have let us know, but I guess was just there to do his job. Not very sociable with us. Plus we moved everything for him.

Chris H. did an amazing job! Very friendly, fast and explained the cleaning process and how it would dry. I was not expecting the results to turn out this well. My couch looks brand new. When I reached out for a quote, I got an answer fast with a great price and they were able to come out the next week. Thank you!

The team did a great job! The crew was exceptionally nice and hard working. We were very happy with the results! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I highly recommend Thomas Carpet Cleaning. Melvin and Chris did a fantastic job. They were respectful of my home and spent extra time on a few problem areas on the carpet. Cleaned my sofa, tile in my bathrooms and carpet in my bedrooms. Turned out great. Very pleased. Also online booking and quote very easy.
