We have a very unique property in Ocean City which has phenomenal rentals. We sought a policy that was almost "customized" to exactly what we wanted in a homeowners policy and the Heist agency, because of their extensive list of insurance companies they represent, was able to fulfill the requirements we listed as priorities. In hindsight, I made a "rookie" mistake by just continuing doing business with the same brokerage firm that was insuring the property prior to us purchasing the home. I suggest that anyone buying a property in Ocean City contact Heist and meet with an associate to determine if they can find "stronger" coverage for about the same premium. Don't wait until you have a claim, learn the hard way your coverage is not sufficient and then begin your analysis.

Very good at collecting your premiums, but customer service, not so much. Received a letter, regarding an important matter, from the agency that contained numerous typographical and grammatical errors.  Not professional.
