Atty. Hogan was able to sort through a probate issue for me expeditiously, and couldn't have been more gracious with his time and expertise. I'd use him again without hesitation, and would refer him to a friend or family member.

Tom Hogan of Modesto is an exceptional attorney and CPA that I have had the pleasure to work with on several matters. He is extremely  caring and efficient and takes action without a unnecessary and expensive letter writing. He has a great work ethic, is able to understand nuances of complicated matters, has great empathy, a keen understanding of finances  and will do everything he can for his clients. His entire staff was always very helpful.  I wholeheartedly will continue to recommend the Tom P. Hogan  Law office to my friends and family.

An utmost outstanding and magnificent attorney, who can only be described as a superb choice due to his knowledge inside and out about his field. I'd never want to be on the opposing end of a case this man is taking part in. Quick, concise, experienced, hard working, treated my case as though he was the one in my shoes. Worked way past normal business hours, went above and beyond for my children and I. Flexible payment plans, patient and understanding.

Disgusted! Money hungry attorney! Do your homework, and read all reviees in YELP. Thomas Hogan makes empty promises he cannot deliver on. He failed to show up to court, failed to deliver IMPORTANT documents, failed to return IMPORTANT phone calls when our children were AT- RISK. He stated he could handle the case for $3500 and after paying him $5000, he wanted $1500 more, and that wasnt going to cover everything...this was just for a simple custody/divorce. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! FIND AN ATTORNEY INVESTED IN YOU, NOT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.
