For my neighborhood convience , this Plaza has it all . FROM fast food to grocery store  . And a drug store . Love the parking space . 
Just remember there's there's only two entrances and exiting is a challenge.

Clean Albertsons. Easy access to the updated McDonald's. Not much else except the Shell gas station which is always overpriced. Plenty of parking and a Red Box.

Lots of food options and shopping-- A couple of small family businesses and a few chains. The area is well maintained, but the majority of litter I see is from McDonalds.
