Dr. Thomas M. Kelly O.D. started his private practice in Bay Village after graduating from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1983. Now with the addition of his new associate Dr. Carrie L. Trigilio, Dr. Kelly and his staff are able to serve your needs Monday through Saturday. Whether you need a glasses adjustment or even a repair, stop in any day and ask for one of Dr. Kelly's skilled opticians. My first appointment was on time and went very smooth. I received my prescription and thankfully good information on my eyes medical health. The staff was very friendly and the office was very nice. I recommend Dr. Kelly and his associates for anyone wanting an eye exam.

Dr. Kelly is an excellent OD who has been seeing to my and my family's eyes for years. We have never been disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. He just added another OD to his practice, Dr. Frombach, and my experience with her was excellent as well - professional, attentive, and thorough. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Kelly and staff are great. They are caring, knowledgeable and operate in a very comfortable atmosphere. It's never a bad experience.

Great Experience. Staff was wonderful, Appointment was on time. Exam was great. Everything from beginning to end (getting glasses) was good. They worked well with my insurance. No problems. I would definitely go back to the same practice.
