I went in their store on a whim, and couldn't believe the caliber of the jewelry there! Thomas and his wife were so kind and gave us lots of recommendations on what to do in Camden before we even fell in love with my ring. We talked quite a bit about different ring designs they could make for me, and god bless my husband was fine waiting since they had some gorgeous knives to keep him occupied. I ended up purchasing a one of a kind sapphire ring that Thomas had created. It is just the most rare light blue color I've ever seen. It was resized to fit my hand and shipped to my home in Texas. They were kind enough to appraise for free and ship for free. I love my ring so much and think of our visit to Camden with such fondness. We cannot wait to visit next year!

I can't express my gratitude for Thomas enough. I had been taking my rings elsewhere for years and told they were in good shape. When I looked down and saw a diamond missing, I knew it was time to find someone that would take proper care of them! I got just that with Thomas. I appreciate the time he took to speak with me about my ring, and explain the changes that he would make (with no pressure to do so). The work he did was so beautiful- my rings have never looked better! It was also extremely fast. I called 1 day ahead of what he was thinking, and he had just finished them! I hope that everyone in the mid-coast knows that there is in fact an honest jeweler around!!

We have had outstanding experiences with Thomas Michaels Designers. First Thomas created our wedding rings. He listened carefully, made suggestions, and designed exactly what both of us wanted. His work is top quality, fast, and incredibly reasonable. Months later, we came back with some old, broken gold & diamond jewelry and some vague ideas for a ring. Thomas met with us, came up with several designs, listened so patiently, and crafted a unique and stunning ring that exceeded every expectation. The design and craftsmanship are outstanding. Thomas, Nora, and everyone in the studio are beyond professional and helpful. They really worked with me to ensure that I had a ring that I was delighted with at a price that I could afford. I would not go anywhere else.

We went to Thomas Michaels on a whim and were given exquisite customer service. We chose to have Thomas craft a diamond eternity ring to be worn as a wedding band. The ring is beyond beautiful and was delivered within a very tight time frame. It's more stunning than we could ever have hoped, and Thomas Michaels will be part of our Maine life forever.
