THIS VENDOR IS A FRAUD!!! i used thomas oil faithfully for 5+ years. it is a 1 man team. "thomas" answers the phone, delivers the fuel, and does the books! he is the owner and only employee! his demand gets to be too much for him during the winter and shows NO VALUE to his customers! he is rude and complains as he is at your home. i figured supporting a local independent small business was appreciated: but he made it very clear to me he does NOT care. i requested a fuel delivery: 3 days later i called asking if he would be around soon, he told me he was days behind due to people not shoveling paths for him, i explained my path was shoveled and i would be out of fuel that day. (in 5 degree weather) he told me he couldn't do anything. when i told him i would have to start looking for another vendor he refused to deliver the order already in place and treated me like pure garbage. i even pleaded that i had been a loyal paying customer for 5 years. he hung up on me.

My oil was delivered within one hour of calling at no extra charge! Very friendly service; I highly recommend Thomas Oil.

Very Rude Person! I would never do business with again! All I can say is this is a terrible company that handles people very rudely. I couldn't believe how rude the guys was and then to find out it was the owner, blew my mind. I am sure a company like this will not be around long or at least be successful being as poor as they are!! Stay away...use Mims Oil, Tuxis Fuel or Arctic Oil...all are great!
