What a great experience. I've been having some electrical issues with my motorcycle lately that I thought were traced to my starter. They opened up my starter, talked me through the mechanics of it, showed me why it wasn't the starter, and then helped me brainstorm some other possibilities. Very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need any repairs or help.
