I highly recommend Thompson & Frey Family Dentistry to anyone looking to find a family or cosmetic dentist. I have recently had cosmetic dental work done a this office and could not have asked for a better experience. I first visited their office not knowing much about porcelain veneers. The staff were very knowledgeable and took time to educate me on all that veneer placement would entail. My dental situation was assessed and there was some orthodontic work required before I was eligible for the veneers. They were able to do everything IN their office! All aspects of the planning process was discussed with me at each visit. The front desk was patient with me in explaining the coverage of my insurance and helped me in finding the best way to manage the expenses of the work that needed to be done. I began my dental exams and orthodontic work with Dr. Thompson. He was very respectful of my time and my questions. I never felt like I was judged or criticized. Dr. Frey later took me over once we were ready to begin the veneer placement. Dr. Frey was amazing. She worked around my schedule and was very knoweldgable. I can promise she never allows less than perfect quality for her patients. Her precision and attention to detail assured me that I was getting the best care around. My smile I received from Thompson & Frey is priceless, and I could not be happier. I feel confident that this office is far above the rest when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, they use the best resources and do not cut any corners. They are truly a family dentistry, and I have felt like part of their family from day one. Everyone greets me when they see me in the office. After one difficult week, I received a note in the mail from the dental assistant telling me she was thinking of me and to "hang in there." Dr. Frey called me the first night at home with my temporary veneers to check on me and encouraged me to call her at any time I needed anything. It would be difficult to find a dentist anywhere that offered the quality of care I receive at this office.

I have been a patient of Thompson & Frey for over 25 years. Now my children see the Dr's and we are all very happy with them and the entire staff. We are always treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I would highly recommend Dr's Thompson & Frey.

I love Thompson & Frey!!! From my first point of contact, to the care I've received so far, everyone has been/is amazing! I've never had an experience quite like it. I've always been a 'Nervous Nellie' when it comes to dental care. Not this time. All staff treats you well, and are sweet, compassionate, and understanding. All I can say to ALL the staff at Thompson & Frey is...THANK YOU!!
