I'm very frustrated... My family of 4 planned our first ever Disney / Universal Trip. I went into the office with a list of everything we wanted, dates, resorts, room requests, dinning plans, and a budget. I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Here we are a day before we leave and after having to track down our info paxket, we find out that they did not request the correct room, we were given false information about luggage claims, and we were never told about Universal's dinning plan.

We can also give 10 star rating if we can. We planned our cruise for the first time and it was amazing. Since it was our first time we were worried. The lady Pam there resolved all our queries with ease. We had a wonderful trip. We would definitely recommend them. Best travel agent.
