Great company.  The scheduler was so nice trying to fit us in so we wouldnt have to wait through the weekend.  The electrician fixed our issue in minimal time and the charges for all of this was so reasonable.  I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Have used Thorn Electric twice in the last year.  First time was very good, but very expensive.  The service call was $90/hour and it doesn't matter if the electrical is there for 5 minutes or 60 minutes so if you call, think about any other projects you might have since you are billed for a full hour.  
The second time was good.  Unfortunately, there was still a problem with one outlet so electrician had to come back out (earliest appointment available was 3 days later).  Was given 8-10 am as the window for arrival and finally at 10:15 I called to see what was up.  They were apologetic but the electrician was still on his first job and he had to stay because they kept adding stuff to be done.  Well, if that's the case, then at the very least I should have been notified that the electrician was not going to be here anywhere near the time I was told.  but my first choice would be to have an electrical show up in the time frame.  If that customer had more jobs than they should reschedule.  I'm not sure they get it, but clients really can't wait around all day.  And the client really shouldn't have to be the one to track down where the electrical is at currently.  Supposedly he will be here at 11:30. Not happy
