This man can do a good job when he does the job. I tried to use him for help with an audit and despite telling me he was making all these phone calls and doing all these things, he did nothing. He let the time expire and caused us to have to pay.... I had receipts for EVERYTHING! 
This man is clearly more interested in golf than his work.
