The worst Thornton’s out of all of them. Long lines. Rude staff. And dirty. Just dirty. 
I thought Thornton’s kept better track of themselves. The employees need a better leader. The manager has the worst customer service I have ever seen. No smiles. No greeting. I will take my business elsewhere.

Line of customers 8 deep, only one register open; while another cashier stood behind the counter looking pissed at the world because she was going to have to wait on somebody...which was customer in front of me (I was #8 of 8 deep)...ridiculous

Just returned from this location to purchase gas. Went into store to prepay. 4 people in line. 5 clerks behind counter, 1 working, 2 registers closed.Finally open another register and I move to the one already open. 2nd clerk there puts the register closed sign on the counter and starts counting the change dispenser.Fellow running the register says wait until he has finished with me. I think all except the guy who waited on me need a refresher course in customer service.
