Owner and manager are very friendly , But very strict on keeping out Riff Raff . Quite and friendly residents . older but well maintained property . Great for long term or overnight stays . Very reasonable rates . If you don't have an RV , no problem ! They also have on site park models and fifth wheels for rent .
