When you enter there is a counter with a sign that says START HERE. I go to the sign and lady says, oh the line for the counter is over there. Common sense would suggest to MOVE THE SIGN to one would actually start forming a line.. If they fail the first second you walk in, who knows what else they could have made more straightforward. The line took about 30min then you get a ticket. About 3 hours of waiting you will get called to the other counter. The lady was OK, just neutral, and went at an average pace. Finally I got to get my picture taken. Wow, this lady is amazing, a top notch employee. She was assisting 2-3 people AND answering questions. Above and beyond employee. Hopefully in the future we can replace the people at the DMV with machines. The one lady though, she will be fine because she actually has useful skills to use in the world.

This location is one of the smaller DMV locations. It is located in a strip mall close to other businesses. It's not busy as the other nearby locations such as Simi Valley and Winnetka where you have to wait almost an hour to get served. The roads around the DMV are not congested which is perfect for teenagers taking their driving tests.

What do you know entirely awful ratings.. here’s why.. did you make an appointment? Well when you get there you will be greeted by two signs “appointments” or “non appointment” and don’t think just because you have an appointment that you get to skip the line at the very beginning cause you will get SCREAMED AT BY A RABID EMPLOYEE FOR DOING WHAT THE SIGNS SAY... Here’s an idea... how about a sign telling everyone they have to wait in the initial line, instead of screaming at people as they walk in the door. Vulgar disgusting display of power and totally dreading having to use this place again.

Believe it or not, at other DMV locations I've been in and out in an hour. This location it has averaged about 3 hours, and for some reason what could have been one appointment was drawn out to 3 separate instances. Two stara. ecause depaite the extreme wait and minsinformation presented, the staff was quite friendly.

The employees I have dealt with were great, but you need to add about an hour to the wait time on the website.
