I have purchased two new bikes and traded in two bikes at this location as well as purchased a new KTM from their other store. Alex, Eddie, Brian and Dani are the best in the business. Alex is the boss and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. He even set up the suspension on my Tuono better than any bike I've owned. Eddie always gives me expert advice and the best deals on parts. Brian does the professional install treating my bike as his own. Dani is always there to greet with a smile and makes sure my bike is spotless before it leaves. I highly recommend this shop and if you stop by you will instantly recognize their awesome customer service.

Alex, Eddie, Jordan, Brian & crew are top notch in customer service and their product knowledge is impeccable.
 I recently purchased my brand new Aprilia Tuono Factory 1100 V4 from them and it was the smoothest purchase that I have ever made in my lifetime on two wheels. From the moment that  I was greeted at the door up until the moment that I had the ignition key in my hand it only took 1.4 hours. Not once did I feel pressured and I pulled away knowing that my purchase was 100% to my  satisfaction.
Hats off to these guys. I highly recommend purchasing your next bike at their store no matter how many miles away you are.

excellent costumers sevice not only on sales but also on service department i got my rsv4 throttle and learning control updated and every question that i asked regarding my race ecu they answer it and provided the best option and recommendation for my bike..

Vespa Thousand Oaks has amazing customer service and a knowledgable staff that go out of their way to answer any questions you might have.  I have bought two vespas from Monica, who was not pushy or aggressive by any means.  She was very honest and responsive to all my questions and needs.  Their prices were better compared to two other dealers in the Los Angeles area and their good size inventory expanded my options when deciding on color and model type.  I highly recommend checking them out.
