Let me preface this review-I mean no harm and this is just my very honest review. I’m writing this under an alias because I know the manager to ban people for petty things and I wouldn’t put a bad review past her. I can honestly say three alarm is one of my all time favorite bars. I used to come here every night. The staff was amazing. The regulars are like family to me. I’d look forward to coming in and seeing my fav regulars, the cook Troy is amazing, and of course see my favorite staff. Up until about a month ago, I loved everything about it. But the manager Sandy is very unprofessional. She fires perfectly great and reliable staff without any warnings-simply because she doesn’t like them. And those still around live in stress and anxiety about job security. She brings back previous bartenders who are unreliable and not attentive and quite frankly should NOT be bartenders based off previous events. The reviews about JJ below are fake. He gives out favors for a good review and that’s gross… I now have to wait 20 minutes to get a drink because they are either understaffed or simply not attentive at all. I watch many around me get upset about being ignored or forgotten about after they’ve ordered. I’m honestly so disappointed in the manager Sandy. She needs to learn how to manage better, because she acts like an immature teenager. I see all this as a regular, I’ve never worked here and I see all this. That’s how bad it is. Not a good look. Do better Sandy.

First time there tonight and had a total blast. Felt safe, good drinks, quick and helpful staffTiffany and Steven  and great vibe. 10/10 will come again!!

Omg this is by far one of my favorite bars. I went for the first time with some of my friends and had the best time!! The bartenders Ben and JJ are so funny and make the best drinks. If you wanna have a good time, ask JJ for “something fruity”.  10/10 I promise you’ll have a blast if you go to this bar!

JJ brings the flare AND he’s super down to earth. Stephanie was training and was phenomenal. Dr. McLaughlin was the DJ while also training Rickle Pick and they both took care of everyone so well! Seriously great vibes!!!

We have visited this bar over the years, but last weekend, oh man... JJ is the bomb!  We took our adult kids and had the best time!  JJ is amazing spinning the bottles, juggling and just getting it all right! AND... the BEST DIRTY MARTINI I have ever had!!!  Excited to take our friends back soon

Way to much remix and techno on Saturday night. It's ok to have a few songs but it got old quick! They slaughtered some of the good songs! You can't dance to way to fast songs all the time.  I won't be coming back!!!

This bar is fantastic on a weekend. Good prices good people, however during the week the Hot Spot inside the 3 has some awesome food. The wings are bomb and the sauce is made by a certified sauce boss. The sweet and spicy and Carolina mustard are worth every penny.

I have been to this bar a few times. Relatively cheap drinks, friendly atmosphere, good bartenders. I probably have a few pictures but can't find them. Will post when I can. They have poker games, pool, darts, live music, outdoor smoking section with heaters. It's a nice little hole in the wall and I say that in the best possible way. It is a little clicky but you go a few times and you will meet a lot of cool people.

Always have a great time here. The bartender JJ does amazing flair bartending. It brings the energy here to another level. The Djs always get people dancing and there's plenty of pool tables. Also Dave the chef was the nicest person and took care of us well.

Best bar in SLC. Friendly, fun & lots of tv's, tables, games. J.J. makes the best micheladas ever!! Spacious & clean. Everyone is friendly. This is a must stop at bar for friends to hangout.
