Cute neighborhood spot, good food, cocktails and still laidback with a lively diverse crowd. They have daily specials like wings, ribs and some vegetarian options. Happy hour runs til 6 and they have some unbeatable deals. Elote dip comes with freshly made chips. Burger was pretty good, buns were heavenly. Lots of reviews mention the ‘Gold on the Ceiling’ for good reason; so easy to drink, floral and subtle sweetness, not as “in your face” as the Island Hopping, which is still ideal for rum lovers like me. We sat ourselves by the bar, and got prompt service. We weren’t rushed and service was great. Definitely coming back and trying their specials next time.

Super nice fresh ambient bar. Amazing food! The corn deep is to die for, don't miss it! Everything was so delicious, friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for dates and groups as well.Food: 5/5

The food & the customer service in this restaurant are absolutely eminent! The manager, bartender, waitress & cooks were very friendly, INVITING, thoughtful, knowledgeable & made our entire group feel truly welcome throughout our time there! We had many food options, & each and every last bite of each item & even each sauce was delicious! The drink options are vast with each glass crafted so professionally & the music kept everyone feeling great the whole night. If you're looking for a great place to eat & have a great time in Brooklyn,  I highly recommend Three Maples. I will DEFINITELY be returning.

Excited to have this new spot in the neighborhood! We went for happy hour and love the burger and beer deal. Burger and fries were delicious but fries could use a little less salt. Cocktails were spot on and we’re excited to go back.

The bacon Gods are back and better than ever! I had dinner and drinks tonight at Three Maples and fell deep in love.  I had the elote dip, thick ol' bacon, the burger with more bacon and their meatball special with the best burrata and garlic bread ive ever had   The space is beautiful & spacious. The staff were dope and i shazamed a couple of songs because the  was great.  I forgot the names of the drinks but its something island and something ceiling. 100% recommend.  Cant wait to return! Well done!

I thoroughly enjoyed my every experience at Three Maples. The drinks were on point, and that strip of bacon was delightful, but can we talk about the wings and the ribs. Lord have Mercy. They're so good I have to pray. Ok, honestly, everything I ate was LIFE...the Chicken Sliders were amazing!!!!! The Sauces Everything. The place is cozy. The staff is extremely attentive. I must come back. I was with a group celebrating a birthday, the Three Maples just intensified our joy. The owner is an absolute sweetheart. I travel in from Long Island and I can't wait to do it again. Asparagus, did I mention Asparagus. Thanks for a wonderful evening

Three Maples is a proper cocktail bar with a small food menu and great vibes. I had the Gold on the ceiling gin, pineapple, eloté dip, and veggie burger. I could’ve snacked on that dip all night, it was insanely good. The burger was ok, kind of expensive but well made and filling. Could’ve used a sauce to add to the flavor. The fries were the star of the burger plate - crispy, well salted, and plentiful.  Can’t wait to visit again, welcome to the neighborhood!

This place has a good burger! Everything you want in a good burger, saucey, juicy, flavorful and a good balance of textures. The fries were amazing too! Super friendly bar staff and a very inviting atmosphere. I love this placeFood: 5/5

amazing new local bar in bedstuy! i love the atmosphere and hospitality here, great addition to the neighborhood. drinks and food are definitely made with love and care, couldn’t ask for more! definitely worth checking out

Came here for dinner after a long flight across the country feeling starved and faint. I was happy to get food in my stomach but the burger was so salty we couldn’t finish it and kept finding hairs in our wings. We aren’t one to complain so we just tried to pick them out but they were baked in to the breading and would just snap off from the middle when we tried to pull them out. We found at least 4 small pubic like hairs baked into it before we took bites so not sure how many we ingested. It wasn’t that busy and took a long time to get served.
