Very expensive and they talk and talk and talk they take for ever to do the hair!

Very very unsatisfactory!! They did a horrible job with the makeup n I showed ttjem 5x the way I wanted my hair n they were 3hrs figuring out what the hell to do. My hair was horribly done! She wanted to charge me $150 n because of my complaint went down to $90... I refused to pay.

They messed up my hair color and did not do the hair style I asked for even though I showed them 3 pictures.  It took them 6 hours to do a terrible job.  Will never go back.
