I was slightly reluctant to book with Thrifty after some of the Google reviews I read, but I decided to take the risk as the price was much better than others. So we booked for a 2-week break from Vancouver which we're just returned from, and we were perfectly happy. When we arrived everything was exactly as we'd booked, the staff were quick and friendly and there were no suggestions of extra costs or damage charges. I'll happily use them again

I wish I could rate them a ZERO>>>>Worlds worst.  PLEASE never use them.  you will regret it. after finding out they did not have car for us we were up graded to a another car for twice the price and got a 250 bill for a chip in window after returning car even when I had pictures before I picked up car with a chip in window.  they did not want to see the pictures..  what a scam.  this is the first time I have ever rated something, but thought I would let you know.  this placed should be closed down FOREVER...  GOD PLEASE DONT USE THEM!!!!

Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating! The gentleman at the front remembered me from 2 weeks before and made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to everyone at this location for a great experience!

Surly staff and had to wait nearly 30 min to get the car. Barely any directions on how to find the car. No map or offer of one. If you fill up.you must provide the receipt and the station must be within 10km of the rental spot. At least the car was functional and clean.

Worst rental experience ever!!!! I should have read the reviews before booking with them. Returned the car today, got charged $250 bucks for a tiny bit chip on the windshield. When I was trying to argue, the girl cut me off and saying ``I dont need to talk to you``(my hubby signed the contract). And when my hubby was talking, she cut him off and always want to push us to pay and blamed that we did not purchase the insurance and did not check the car thoroughly before left. It has to be some kind of strong hit to cause the chip, but truth was nothing happened. No matter what, I dont think any customer should deserve such rude services. It feels like you are not allowed to talk or argue. So lesson learned, bring a magnifier and camera if you want to rent from them or just stay away!!! will make a dispute anyway...
