I called to order flowers delivered for my new lady friend and the incompetent girl handling my call tried to insert the word "love" in what I wanted on the card, she couldn't multitask and find Berkley's zip code, she couldn't get my last name, she insisted on interrupting me telling me what they had rather than listening to what I wanted. You lost a new customer that used and liked you for my first two visits to your store, and you lost a $80.00 or so purchase tonight because I was not allowed to talk and express what I wanted. What a shame.
