SMOKING IN A BUILDING WITH NO VENTILATION!!!Awful!! We were from out of town and had no idea folks would be smoking in this place!! It smelled awful but was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt!! Sure enough after our money was collected and we started our game the old lady at the desk lit up and several folks on the other side did as well!! Forget all the kids running around they were smoking it up!! Not to mention my daughter has asthma but that’s okay you go ahead and smoke your nasty cigarettes because we won’t be back and I will tell everyone I know how awful this place is!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! Gross and disgusting!!!

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could give 0 stars. I’m not from here, but I came to town to hangout with family. As soon as we opened the door we got hit with the smell of cigarettes. I mainly went for the arcade; I spent $20 on some tokens. As we played our games, most of the machines weren’t giving us our tickets. They were rigged. Once we were done, I wanted to “cash in” my tickets. The ticket machine wasn’t even working so I went to the front desk to ask about it. The people who were behind the desk looked like they hated life. (I’m sorry y’all hate working there.. no one is forcing you to work..) once I asked the man about it, he didn’t even speak to me. The woman, who looked to have red hair, was probably the rudest person there. Like I said before, if you hate working there.. stop working there and find your self another job. She told me I had to wait for the owner to come and fix it. I asked how long I would have to wait and she refused to even answer that.

We had a good time. Everyone seemed really nice but we will not be back. Smoking in a building with very poor ventilation is a HORRIBLE idea. We woke up the next morning with sore throats and headaches. Sorry we would love to be back but just can’t.

We paid for the Cosmic bowling from 9 P.M - 12 P.M. for 45$. The lane we were given miscounted 90% of the score for every ball thrown. After notifying management and having had our lane and scores reset for the  3rd time, our party politely asked for a refund or at least a discount, as we could not play a serious game. As they offered us a new lane, away from our remaining friends at the next two lanes beside us, we decided we were fed up with the experience and discontinued to bowl. As by this time it was too late to have but one more game. Would not recommend.

Me and my boyfriend spent $30 for two pairs of shoes and one hour of bowling. Not only did our lane keep messing up (it wouldn’t count the pins we had knocked down and it kept resetting itself) but after only 30 minutes (we payed at 3:27 and it said we only had 2 minutes remaining at 3:58) it said we were almost out of time. The man and women that were working refused to give us a refund or at least half since we only got to pay for half of the time we paid for. I would not recommend going there and I for one am never going again.
