Really enjoying it here. We have a site with water and electric. That’s cool since we’re only here for a couple of days. I see the river first thing out my window. The upper park has full Hook ups. Fun activities for the kids.

If you like to fish this is the spot for you! Walking distance to the river, many places to walk the banks with kids etc. Pool & hot tub are nice.

We stayed three nights, was perfect for what we needed. Showers were clean. Staff was friendly. Sights were easy to get in.

NOT A FAN! I suppose in the summertime this place is a great area for families that just want to spend time at the pool or float the river, or do some fishing. However they are extremely crowded, especially in peak season and very close quarters and their showers are terrible. Putting new shower heads on would be a big improvement. In the winter time as all resorts are running on a skeleton crew, the grounds aren't kept as nicely as they are in peak season. I will say they do a good job with their activities during peak season as there is really nothing going on in the winter for the people that are there. I do wish they would make an effort to have some activities in the off season as that time is just so boring anyways, it just might help. Shopping is close by 15 minutes down the road so that's a plus however in the winter time it can be a nightmare if the little pass Hill is full of snow it gets dangerously slick or the farm lands flood and you have to go out and around the other direction through Sultan to go back into Monroe. And of course we all know that the majority of these Resort their WiFi sucks! Those are my pros and cons for this place, we do not stay there as much anymore due to the fact that I just don't like being so close to other people, there is just no consideration for your neighborss, very bad RV manners and we all know about that one annoying neighbor. Oh and people that drive through the community at all hours of the night are completely disrespectful to the RV'rs. They fly down the road with their loud car/truck and honk continusly around 2 to 5am, and yell obscene things. How RUDE is that?!! This happens all the time unfortunately. If you dont mind the sound of a train coming through across the river at all hours, not so bad in the summer, but loud in the winter. There are full hookups on one side, and just power and water on the river side. Gets pretty muddy in the winter. I have different opions about the staff. I have stayed when staff was very friendly and helpful, and other times, just down right rude. Those people have no business being in hospitality services. Make sure you have insurance on all your rigs when you pull in, they do check. So I guess in order for you to make your own opions about this RV resort, I would say you need to experience it in the summer as well as the winter. Good luck and happy camping to you!
