Customer service was horrible. We had our daughters 13th birthday party a week ago, and was horrible. Pizza and drinks were supposed to be out to the kids at 12:45pm, didn't arrive until 1:30pm, when we asked the front desk what the hold up was, we were told a group called in to order pizza and it was a large order, so ours was put on hold, I told him that was wrong, our party was booked well before and his response was that is how it is and continued talking to who ever he was talking to. The hostess for the party,  we only seen once, just absolute horrible customer service, was not worth the money we spent for party. Something definitely needs to be done about the customer service and workers attitudes because it is horrible.

Love their food, the bar manager could learn a thing or two about bartending and supporting his employees.

Has everything you'd need (beer, food, etc), is well maintained and staffed. Only down side is it killed off all the smaller alleys in town.

They have done a ton of work and the place looks great.  Definitely well maintained and always a good time.
