They were nice before but they seem to treat latinos and blacks differently from other customers. This is common with the asain run small businesses from what i've seen having been living in queens for 9 years now.  One of my dyrers broke down and I added 9 coins to dry my cottons. However, it turns out the machine was broken, so I kindly told informed the owners. But this time the husband was there and he insisted that I was LYING ! I was so surprised because I never complain about anything and used a machine right in front of them. 

He kept dying my claim and they began to argue with eachother in their language. The first issue was the look he gave me which was condescending and degrading as if he was disgusted. That is when I knew I could not return and wash my garments there. I waited quietly as my other clothing finished. They added 4 quarters to the malfunctioned dryer and realized in 20 minutes that it STILL did not heat up. His wife apologized first and then he made his attempts to as well because he was wrong for assuming I was wrong. I have spoken with my wife about this It does seem like white people get treated differently from only a few small businesses around here. It is sad because my wife looks very Caucasian and she sees that the couple may have been more kind with her. Sorry to write this guys but its the truth.

The woman who works here is horrible! Terrible customer service. She would not let us dry our clothes when our building dryers broke down and refused service even when we offfered to pay extra. She yelled at us to leave! I don't understand a business that doesn't want paying customers. Go to the laundromat at 39-37 48th Ave instead!
