Best place to get battery or link replaced. Prices for services are much cheaper here than elsewhere and they do quality work! Fun fact: the store owner managed to head shot 2 robbery attempts over the past two years. Don't mess with the store here.

I brought my husband Rolex watch here last year to restored and tuned up etc.., they do very good job and on time, also explain clearly what they have done.  Last week, I bring back the watch because something wrong with the dial, they was happy to fix and no charge, I am very pleased with the services and highly recommend .

Accidentally left the dial open on my expensive Omega Seamaster watch and jumped into the ocean. Robert at Tick Tock Watches was able to completely restore the watch and salvage it at half the price Omega quoted me. Workmanship was top notch and the they finished in the exact amount of time and the price they quoted. Frankly feel like I have a brand new watch. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The worst place to buy a watch! They had the worst customer service ever. Your suppose to feel happy after buying a nice watch, I didn't feel that at all. They raisied their voices at us and that's not how you treat a client. In this economy you have to know how to work with your customers. If they are not happy, help them change that not make them even more upset! You don't deserve a star, but it's required in order to post. Think twice about going here please.
