I order here all the time, one night I couldn't go pickup so I used orderup which is connnected through THEIR online ordering on their website. When I get my phad Thai and deep fried spring rolls the rolls were soaked in grease and soggy. I called to let them know as I had to throw them out. The lady who answered first tried telling me wasn't their problem it's OrderUps issue but I told her no it's the way they were cooked. All I asked for was reimbursement since I couldn't eat them. Finally she agrees to put my name in the system for "next time to get free rolls" because she is unable to refund me. Fast forward to today I call to order my usual and mention the free rolls, I am immediately cut off and told "no that's not free". I say "excuse me, I haven't even finished talking" (then explained WHY and was told it was in the system). She says "hm ok well I'll see and check with the owner". This is rediculous, I spent so much money at this place and the customer service is horrible. Why would I make that up? Why wouldn't you try and make it right? Instead you rather argue and make ME feel like an inconvenience. I will be sure to tell all my friends in this area about this. Won't spend another dime here.

I really didn't like the food.. but Thai isn't my first choice. The green tea was amazing though

I had never been here but the reviews were good and I really wanted some Thai food. I was not disappointed. I had one of the lunch specials and asked for it extra spicy. It was perfection. The service was great and they serve Coke products which is a plus for me. The servings are generous without being too much. A quiet peaceful atmosphere made dining even more enjoyable. The price was reasonable also. I loved it and will be again.
