Horrible place, horrible experience! As a 1st time customer, I brought in my curtains to be dry cleaned. A WEEK LATER when I went to pick them up, they informed me they STILL were not done and that they were running behind! I received a phone call later on that day informing me that the lining in my curtains tore apart in several places and had shredded. They had no holes or tears in them before I brought them to Tide cleaners to be dry cleaned. As a facility that specializes in cleaning all different types of fabric, NEW or OLD, I assumed that my curtains would have received exceprional/adequate care since I'm paying for their service! - I was sorely mistaken. The General manager Gina who was very rude, not sympathetic, apologetic and or even concerned that my curtains were extremely damaged due to the cleaning process they put my curtains through! I also spoke to the store owner Barry and he was extremely rude, didn't show any kind of care or remorse for what his store did to my curtains! I highly discourage anyone from taking ANY business to this facility!!! Barry, the store owner does NOT have the professional business curtosy or integrity or concern a store owner should have; he was more than fine with destroying a customers curtains and wasn't even remotely trying to get me to stay as a customer or make sure my experience was up to their standards! Not only did they loose my business and were completely fine with it, but from here on out I will continue to discourage anyone from going to this particular facility and under this kind of horrible, disrespectful management and from going through the extreme disappointment I went through! They have zero respect for their customers and Barry the owner DOES NOT hold his store to the kind of service and QUALITY they promote and promise on their website!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE!!!! YOU WILL GREATLY REGRET IT!!!! I will take my business to an establishment where I am valued as a customer and they appreciate my business!

Best dry cleaners I have ever been to. Gina did an awsome job on my husband's suit. Gina always informs me of what can happen to each piece I bring in. Will continue to use them as my dry cleaners.

Would not go back! Terrible customer service and very displeased with the results! And to: Wilma Smith, your comments to A.Yoakum were extremely uncalled for. First of all, her review is none of your business, secondly you saying her curtains were ugly only shows YOUR true ugly personality and demenor! Get a life and just because you were okay with your service does not mean everyone else has received good service their.....I sure didnt!
