I called this location and described a rug that in wanted to get cleaned.  I was asked to describe it, and told it would be $15 to have it cleaned.  I even questioned that price as I had a comforter cleaned there the week before and it was $20.  When I came back to pick up the rug I was charged $56.11 for it.  I questioned why the price was different.  I was told "we already charged your card and there is no way to reverse it."  What company doesn't know how to reverse a charge?  Do not go to this place they are scammers and will up charge you when you go to pick up your items!

I used to work for this company for 7 months. They over charge certain people more money for household items. Then, every new customer is suppose to be giving 35% off your total order which hardly never happens because some of the ladies commented that "they doesn't need it." Attention: Pay attention to your receipts. Also some of the ladies working there will look up customers home address that you provide the company with when you set up your account and make it their business to drive by your house unannounced​. Then they stand around talking about customers personal business...smh... Very unprofessional

I worked here and these people do not like honoring coupons if they dont like you or they become annoyed with you they will put a note in their system saying don't honor coupons. If you are a member of a prominent family they will never argue with your coupon. Also the women there google peoples address that you give which is so creepy.

I've been going to this dry cleaners for about 2 years on a regular basis and never had a problem. I also really appreciate how fast the turnaround is as far as drop off and pickup.

Had some pants dry cleaned here and they broke the zipper off one pair (and of course didn't mention it when I picked them up). They will ruin your clothes, I definitely won't be back again.
