I was there today and my son and I sat at the bar. We sat there for like 15 min no one even said hi. There where two girls working the bar and  neither one of them ask us if we  needed help or if we wanted anything to drink. Yes they where helping people while at less one was. But what got me mad and made me walk out was that when they where done helping help instead of coming up to me they went to look at the new things for the bar and talk really. It’s not the first time I go and get bad service. I’m done with this place.

What a wonderful place! People are friendly and helpful. I had a vegetarian entree and it was flavorful, filling and fresh. My server was gracious and attentive. I love the Latin music. We ordered a pitcher of  margaritas and a pitcher of mohitos. 👍 great time

Warm welcoming atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for traditional Cuban, and Colombian dishes. Well seasoned and well done! Upstairs is a top notch lounge; one the best salsa, merengue, bachata dancing the city has to offer! Parking may be a challenge on weekends, but its worth it.

I have been here 3 times and had the same experience each time. Great food but HORRIBLE service. I went yesterday and it wasn't busy. My server did not come to my table for at least 30 minutes. A man who was cleaning the tables saw our faces came over and took our order. If it was not for him we would not have stayed. He took our order, brought us our drinks/food, and gave us containers for our food.

It's a pleasant atmosphere .... Lunchtime is easy going. Sit at the bar have your meal and a drink. Love the Salmon Ceviche, Mango and Avocado Salad and Fried Plantains. The sweet and savory of the cheese, beef and plantains are delicious. The service is friendly and you'll always see the owner or manager on the floor making sure all is well. ❤
