The laundry work is good. They were able to clean my clothes without any problems and they also recommended that I sew up a tear in my pants, which they completed without any issues. As for my rating, it is due to the gentleman who owns the business. He is quite rude and very impatient. He needs to learn better customer service skills. His wife on the other hand is great. If you bring your clothes here, just know that the owner might not give you the most bubbly welcome.

I have used this dry cleaners twice for hemming and dry cleaning. Both times I have been highly satisfied! I do recommend this place for dry cleaning.

I have used Tigard Main Street Cleaners for the past six years since I moved into the area.  They have always done a great job with my laundry and have always been on time.  And, their pricing is reasonable.  I have found the people to be very knowledgeable and friendly.  I would recommend them, wholeheartedly.

The bad reviews on this site are simply wrong!

Fast, friendly cleaners. Always very nice and polite. Easy location to get to with good hours for a regular working person. Been going there for 10 years and never had a problem, issue, or damaged garment. Can't speak for others but we've been quite happy with this dry cleaner --- they are even kind enough to locate items in pockets we miss (receipts, papers, the odd do-dad). Happy to do rush orders. Bottom line: good service, no reason not to continue going there.
