Food was good but my son and I both got sick. We ordered the same meal.  (My wife had something different and did not get sick) When I called to let them know Samantha blew me off, claiming people don’t get sick from food within a couple of hours.  Guess she must be a Doctor during the day!

 She rushed me off the phone after I told her I was only calling so they could make sure they didn’t have an issue. I understand stuff happens from time to time, it’s how businesses handle issues that I care about. Samantha’s very rude response is the reason we will never go back there again.

I have been eating at this location since they opened,and usually I have a delicious meal! But not today,left feeling very disappointed! The food was horrible I got taco Tuesday 1crunchy beef and1 soft blackened chicken. They beef was so greasy it was running down my arm,I used like 15 napkins. The blackening seasoning on the chicken was so strong I couldn’t even taste the sauce I put on it! I ate it because I was kind of ina hurry! I was going to bring my husband taco Tuesday Home but didn’t because of my experience! Oh and the tacos were like half the size as normal! Left feeling very disappointed!

Nice atmosphere and great food.  Employees always seem happy and willing to work hard so I am sure they are treated great.  Food is good for a chain establishment.  Always fresh.

Food was delicious. Had quite a wait, despite the fact that only 4 tables were occupied. However, management came to the rescue and comped our 2nd sangrias. Excellent customer service!!!

The food is always good and I’ve never had bad costumer service until today. Whoever was working the front counter clearly hates her job and hasn’t been trained in costumer service. She was extremely rude and didn’t make any eye contact. She rolled her eyes at us twice for no reason. And no to mention the 3 times she screamed at the poor girl Alyssa. She was screaming at the top of her lungs and was so rude to the other girl working.
