Great and fast customer service as always. I have been going here for years to get flights and vacation packages and they really are the best!

Please people don't go to this agency... they are trying to rob you in anyway, I usually don't do this but I'm tired of companies taking advantage of people ... after the fact that we told her to not cancel then they're lying on our faces that we told them to cancel our flights why would we cancel if we were gonna loose anyways at the end I decided to travel at least with my kid and the day before our flight I call to make sure everything was ok and they tell me the tickets are cancelled; imagine if we go all the way to TJ and they tell us our flights have been cancelled I would have been way pissed off, don't let them lie to your face!!! But I'm leaving everything in gods hands cause I'm good with my conscience...

They do their best. I book an Italy trip for the end of the year @ a very good deal.
