Story

Tilghman Orthodontics has been crafting beautiful smiles since 2001. Our doctors, Dr. Michael Tilghman and Dr. Carrie Schwartz, are committed to providing each and every patient with the attention and courtesy they deserve, while achieving results that last a lifetime.

Our two office locations in Salisbury and Berlin, MD are newly-renovated, reflecting our commitment to creating a fun, comfortable, and friendly environment. Enjoy free wifi, flat screen TVs, and even movie theaters showing family-friendly movies while you wait for your appointment. Drs. Tilghman and Schwartz will work with you to create a customized treatment plan, using time-proven methods and advanced technology. Our treatments include traditional braces, ceramic (clear) braces, Invisalign and more. For our adult patients, we provide a comprehensive TMJ exam and sleep appliances for sleep apnea/snoring.
