I go to Tillamook 3 or 4 times a year and I ALWAYS make time to go to this shop and spend $100.00 The last time they had smoked chicken and I wish I bought them all they were so good. The prices are always fair and quality top notch. I love this family business.

Only thing to say is awesome!  Yoy have to try their  smoked turkey it is unbelievable. They didn't have lamb  so they refered me to a local farmer great people.

The quality of the packaging seems to be good although much of my meat had a bad taste even though I brought my elk in the same day as it was killed and it was killed cleanly. I felt that I was vastly overcharged by local standards for the done.  I got the feeling that the owner felt he was doing me a big favor by cutting my elk and that he had other much more important things to attend to. I will not return. Having had wild game cut up by Oregon game processors for 40 years now I can say that this was not a good experience.
