Cheap and good clothes! But just for young people. The attention was very good.

Came here to return my some shoes that I ordered online. Staff was helpful and I was able to get store credit for the clearance item I got. Overall the store is nice and organized but it I feel like it has a limited selection.

Staff is attentive, helpful, and personable. 

Apparel is very hit or miss but, on occasion it has things worth buying. Mostly sneakers and lounge wear. 

Location isn't as busy as say, the mall and it seems to be a bit larger as well. 

Parking is never a problem either.

Worst experience of my shopping life. When i arrived there were (with myself included) 10 people in the store, i called them beofre i started driving (i live 30 minutes away). They were so unresponsive that I sat on the phone for 22:32 on hold with the "Hold on let me check the computer" excuse given to me. They cycled me through 3 different sales reps. If this allowed me to post a photo I'd link the screenshot I took before hanging up. To show the time I spent on the phone PURELY on hold for them to tell me they don't have what I was looking for even it's stated on their website that they have it.
