Christopher condos, 3109 Naylor Rd SE DC. Since Xmas our hot water has been off no less than 6 times. I've called 3 #s and all 3 our disconnected. What are we supposed to do during an emergency. Can someone please call me at 725-0341. Thanks

I live in a small condo complex (5 buildings) and the condo Board hired Tilmon Properties to manage our condo complex.  I called last weekend because the management company was supposed to unlock the utility room for the cable company which they failed to do.  I called the office and every single voicemail box was full.  Monday morning I spoke with the owner of the company, Traci Miller, regarding an emergency number just in case an emergency happens on the weekend or the evenings.  She is refuses to give me the number.  She was supposed to call me back and it's been three days, no call back and I also sent her an email, no response. Now, I may have to get an attorney just because the management company is refuses to give me, a unit owner, their emergency contact number.  Totally unprofessional!
